Submitting Your Return or Exchange:

Return Policy:
We will happily accept returns for a refund for 30 days from delivery date. Returns after the 30 day window are not eligible for refunds.
Holiday Returns:
Orders placed after November 15th are eligible for returns through January 31st, as long as they are in new, unworn, unwashed condition.
PLEASE NOTE: returns for game-specific shirts are not eligible for refunds.
All clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange your gear within 30 days from delivery date. If more than 30 days since delivery, we are unable to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if its condition is such that the item cannot be resold.
To expedite the process, we recommend placing a new order for the item/size you're looking for, and returning the other item to us directly for a refund.
Event and game day shirt designs are exempt from returns or exchanges. These designs were created for time-sensitive events such as playoffs, championship games, elections, etc. and cannot be returned or exchanged after the event.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt. You will also be notified if your request has been processed.
Any item that is damaged, is not in its original condition, contains animal or human hair, is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or is returned for other reasons not due to our error is ineligible for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
